Welcome to Elston & Lonnie. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

About Us

Elston & Lonnie is an Australian small business creating modern heirloom crochet keepsakes, crochet patterns, workshops and thoughtfully curated handmade goods.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to Elston & Lonnie. "You" refers to the customer using this website.

Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where products have been listed with incorrect pricing or descriptions.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order.

Where applicable, shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

Handmade Products

Every Elston & Lonnie creation is individually handmade.

Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, stitch placement, sizing and finishing are part of what makes each piece unique. These small differences are not considered faults.

Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

Many of our products are made to order.

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on current workload.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Crochet Patterns

When purchasing a digital crochet pattern:

You are purchasing a licence for personal use only.
Patterns must not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed or resold in any format.
You may sell finished items handmade by you from our patterns unless otherwise stated on the individual pattern listing.
Elston & Lonnie retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the pattern design.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

Workshops

Workshop bookings may be subject to separate booking terms provided at the time of registration.

If Elston & Lonnie needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Once your order has been lodged with the postal carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

Elston & Lonnie is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Care

Our handmade crochet items are intended for gentle use.

Please follow any care instructions supplied with your purchase.

Adult supervision is recommended whenever handmade toys or accessories are used by young children.

Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting handmade items for signs of wear and discontinuing use if damage occurs.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

product descriptions
logos
branding
graphics
patterns
written content

is the property of Elston & Lonnie and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elston & Lonnie will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
